Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or cancellation after dispatch may affect our ability to accept future COD orders.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights available under applicable law.
